What are some foods that I can eat to help me keep my carbs up? I want to be fit and I know that nutrition is a big part in that. Please help THanks

you'll want to stick to complex carbs (simple carbs are mosly sugar ).

complex carbs are catagorised as either starches or indigestible dietary fiber.

bread, pasta, rice, beans, and potatos are good sources of starches, and fruits, vegetables, wheat bran and oatbran are exelent sources of dietary fiber.

carbs are a great source of energy, but you need to remember not to neglect fats or protein. both fat and protein are absolutely vital for good health, and without a balanced diet of carbs, fat and protein, the human body quickly becomes malnourished.
