Warts
I need help, I have warts around the ring on my penis or little small weird looking things...
And no, i've never been sexually active.
It is NOT an STD
So what is my problem?

Okay you said you haven't been sexually active? Does that include oral sex? Because if you have had oral sex with someone and they have had a cold sore you would get herpes from that contact. My suggestion is to go to the doctor's and have them have a look then diagnose.

I'm not sure how you got this, but I was doing a little research and from what I read it seems as if you use Oxi-med, it should reduce the warts. Since you said that you are not sexually active it can't be genital herpes because as far as I know that is a sexually transmitted disease. Go to the doctor if the problem worsens from this. Also, look at this website and read everything before you go of and buy some treatment, also be very careful with the side effects.
