Harassment
This may take awhile but you have to know the detail to get it.One of me bestfriends[jessica] went out with this kid named jon.She went out with him for about 5 months and they broke up. A day after they broke up jon got a new girlfriend. Him and my bestfriend still had a little spark,but not much.He went to her house and they kissed and made out, while he was going out with his new girlfriend.So one night they were having a fight,and my bestfriend got so mad that she threatened him to tell his new girlfriend that he cheated on her, and she told her. When jon found out he was pretty pissed,he made almost everyone she was friends with against her.He use to 'prank phone call' her, with things saying that hes going to cut her throut and things like that. Now its been about 5 months since they broke up and hes still prank phone calling her. Its gotten so bad that whenever the call comes on private shes afraid of answering her phone. For example one night he called her 26 times in a half hour. He hasnt called in awhile since then.But just recently she went out with this kid. They went out for 2 weeks, just before he broke up with her a new girl came into the picture.The new girl who came into the picture and ruined their relationship,and that wasnt helping that she isnt liked by my group of friends because of reasons, and that she is one of jessicas enimies.Now its been about 3 weeks since her ex and enemy is going out,and jon has been calling her again,but this time I think its really getting to her. He stille threatens her and tells her how ugly she is, but he only does it in prank phone call and not in person/to her face. Her parents didnt know they were going out so she cant really tell them, so what im asking is, what can we do to make him stop? He just started calling again,I think its because her recent ex is going out with jons bestfriend...
In my opinion fighting physical will stop him, but i think its just me thinking that and no one else.I appreciate you reading this.

Tell her to do the exact same thing to him and prank call him like every two minutes. He'll eventually back down and stop prank calling. Tell her to be as annoying as possible, a little revenge never hurt much =).

This works. Used it once myself. :)
Tell her to get a really loud whistle. When he calls blow that thing into the phone. You know how much that hurts to have it blowed right in the ear? Ouch.
Give it a couple of times and he will stop.
