I think that if you like her, you should let her know. You never know when its going to be too late. Most of the time, if you get the feeling that she likes you, she probably does. Just think of it this way : If she doesn't like you back shes just not good enough for you. So don't be scared to let her know how you feel. You're probably going to tell her sooner or later so it might as well be sooner. She might feel the same way about you. One of you are going to have to break the ice sometime, why not take the lead?

Flirt with her, a lot. Don't, like stalk her or anything, just be really flirty around her, give her special attention, compliment her, and see how she responds. If she acts the same way back, chances are she likes you, and casually mention that you two should hang out sometime.
