Okay
so on a regular day
I eat a redcued fat peanutbutter and banana sandwhich , a protein shake
a peice of chicken , some green beans and corn
and an apple and some cantelope.
And I work off about 400 calories in exercise.
And I dont eat past 6 or 7.
Is an okay diet?
And also i only drink water.

Fruits: You need 2-3 serviings, which you hav(banana, apple cantelop)
Veggies: Green beens and corn
Meats and Beans (protein): Chicken, peanut butter, try introducing nuts (almonds, peanuts etc, eggs)
Grains: 3 oz min, 5 oz max
- You have bread. You need more, try introducing pasta, rice, oatmeal, popcorn, crackers etc.
Milk products - Hm, maybe the shake? You need some more calcium building.
Healthy wise, you're dong good. Add more meats/beans - almonds/peanuts make a great snack throughout the day, add pretzels to add another grain product (look, a homemade trailmix) and introduce more milk products. [ MissBonne's advice column | Ask MissBonne A Question ]
CRAZYxASHLEY answered Wednesday October 25 2006, 12:40 am: For a whole day, i think that its a little under a "reasonable" amount. Most of your energy comes from the fat in meat and if you don't get enough of it, it could seriously affect your health later on. You don't decide when you should eat or stop eating, your body does. If your hungry and you don't eat, you're only starving yourself. If the diet fails and you start to eat more than you do now, your body won't be able to take it in and throw it up instead. This would make it extremely hard for your body to function properly. So therefore, i think that you should add a little more meat and poultry to your diet.
