Diet coke. Okay so im on this major calorie cut diet.
And i drink water all day long
but i try not to eat past 7 but i get these cravings for something other than WATER! so i drink like 1 0r 2 DIET cokes, is that okay??
or is it gonna ruin my diet.
Im actaully extremly good with nutrition and health but i just never thought of it like this since it has so much carbonation.

Drinking water is good. Major Calorie cuts are not.
A good idea when losing weight is to cut about 500 calories from your usual diet, meaning you should eat about 1500-1800 calories a day. Don't go below that number. And eat more if you exercise.
Diet sodas have Aspartame, which can be very bad for you. Try drinking 100% fruit juices or milk when you need variety. They have calories you need, and they are also very nutritious. ]

you will only be young once, and live it the fullest. if your friends want a contest like who can eat the most chocolate or drink the most cokes, dont be afraid to do it.
Trust me on this....Diets do not work, you just get more cravings for food. If you want to cut calories, do it my way, exercize after school or after work, whenever you have time. its the best thing to do ]
Um, anything that says "Sugar free or Diet" is really really bad for your health. It contains a substance in there that is toxic and has caused cancer if consumed too much. And yes, Diet Coke, Gingerale, Dr. Pepper, etc are all bad.
Soda also has a substance in there that is bad for the bones and make them weak and brittle over a period of time.
When you have cravings, wait it out for 10min. If you still have cravings, eat celery or fruits or some sort of veggies. They aren't bad for you and rather good for you with all those uneccessary artificial flavorings and such.
Also, eat a normal size dinner and don't go on a crash diet of something
A regular teenage girl needs at least 2200 calories consumed everyday. If you don't, you'll feel dizzy, tired, exhausted, cranky, and what not. Also, enough calories must be consumed in order to have your body burn fat instead of store them. ]
