i have a good one. you'll need a float, somthing very buoyant, like an empty soda bottle or something else with a good amount of air in it. you'll also need a weight...somthing metal, or a bag of sand...anything heavy. then you need toilet paper. twist the toilet paper into little ropes then twist those little ropes together untill you have a thin "rope" strong enough to hold your weight up. tie the "rope" to the weight and the float(you can use duct tape on the ends of the rope if your having trouble tieing it.)
when its all together the whole thing will sink, but when the toilet paper rope gets wet it weakens, the pull of your float should be enough to break the rope and alpw it to float back up.
i hope that helped, good luck. ]
get a long ballon and put air and just enough water to stay down for 3 seconds then pop back up ]
Ivory soap floats. Lame but thats all I can think of. :) ]
