If its under warranty still, they have to replace it no matter how or what damaged it. If its not under warranty & you have insurance on your phone, you have to call them and ask for the insurace companys number so that you can file an insurance claim. My insurance claim would cost 50 dollars & that doesnt even insure a new phone. But thats just what verizon says. If you dont have insurance and arent under warranty you basically have to buy a new phone. Unless youre really good at talking your way out of things, you might get them to reason with you.
