but based on the words provided..
it seems like you care about what youre doing.
remember,
life provides situations,
and its up to you to decide th outcome.
i personally like to take the proactive approach to everything.
it sounds like you guys can all be friends.
invite both of them over to a movie night, or to lunch.
you can never have too many friends.
