any cheap ance cleaner?

Okay well i have this face wash and it works well to controll my acne and i use it twice a day but it doesnt get rid of the ones i have, it just makes sure no more come. my family doesnt have a lot of money to be buying a whole bunch of expenisve face cleaner so i was wondering in anyone knew any around the house cleaners that work? or ideas of cheaper wash that works well?

I have heard that lemon juice closes your pores. Try putting rubbing alcohol on your trouble areas of your face. Also, it may sound weird, but toothpaste works, too. Put some on a small area of your face at night and cover it with a band aid. You may have to do this a few times, but it does work for me. The calcium in the toothpaste dries the skin, and the fluoride kills bacteria. Hope I helped!
