i need to get in shape ..

i need to lose a few pounds by the 28th so i look my best in my new cocktail dress =) i need to work on my stomach & my back. any ideassss?

Yes, do pilates. It works out both your abs and your back. I recently bought an instructional video that came with one of those work out balls. I lost 5 pounds within 3 weeks of doing it.
