if shes not listening then just let those her other "friends" get her in touble. she will learn on her own that they are not the kind of people to hang around with but when she does realize it done say "I told you so" or anything like that just be there for her. she will learn from her mistake most teenagers go through that and belive me from experience.

Here is a quote that might help you:

"Being a friend means mastering the art of timing. There is a time for silence. A time to let go and allow people to hurl themselves into their own destiny, and a time to pick up the pieces when it’s all over"

It's hard to do, but sometimes you have to let your friends make their own mistakes. You can try to talk people out of things all you want, but sometimes people need to experience things first hand to realize "Hey, this is really stupid and so and so was right"

However if your friend is doing something to harm herself or anyone else you need to tell an adult. But if she is not doing anything life threating then I would just let her make her own mistakes.

And if and when she does come back to you for help, don't say "I told you so" just welcome her back with open arms.
