My mate Janelle is a tad annoying in the fact that she always has to have all the guys and flirt with all the guys even if they like someone else she will try to get them to like her. And so then when we're together hanging with our other mates and there are guys there she always has to be all over them and not let anyone else get them. What should I do

Contiue to let her be the one to make a fool of herself. If you think your friendship can handle it, tell her it makes her look easy and cheap. Don't try to compete with her, because she will always try to outdo you and sink even lower. Guys are only going to fall for her if they think she is as easy and cheap as she is displaying herself to be. You will stand out as the one worth more if you keep your dignity. The right guy will see that you are the one to pick, and anyone else dumb enough not to is not worth a second glance.

I'd just say to try to act like you're kidding and say something like 'Gosh those guys are always all over you!' Try it a few times and she'll get the message. If not, just let her be herself, I guess. I'ts probably not the answer you'd want to hear, but it may just be best to let her do what she wants in this situation.
Either that, or talk to her, and tell her you don't want her to get hurt by one of those guys or get a bad reputation because of how she's acting.

The only way to get her to stop is to beat her at her own game. She only flirts with them because she knows it annoys you. So do what she does and flirt with them also. Get them to like you and she will back off. Or have one of the guys reject her. If a girl like that is rejected they learn fast.
