sex...not getting any answers

Question Posted Wednesday October 11 2006, 10:31 pm

ok so...my boyfriend and i have been together for a year and a half and we have sex plain and simple. but lately it seems like every time we do he rips me maybe??? if that's what it is...is it normal for that to happen repeatedly if we're having sex twice a week? and if that's not what it is basically i bleed a VERY little tiny bit so what could that be?

any advice is helpful. thank you so much!

I don't think he's ripping you. The hymen is normally torn at the first penetration. Occasionally, it won't rip. It will eventually tear at a later time, but a year and a half is much too long for it to stay attached, especially since you're having sex twice a week.

Next time, take it slow. Tell him to slow down during intercourse, hopefully that'll take care of it. You could just be raw down there.

The bleeding is normal. Don't worry about that. Some women bleed only during their first time, others bleed after that. It's not uncommon.

if it bleeds everytime you guys have sex, then yes. he's more than likely ripped you. but you need to let it heal, give it about 2 weeks, and then start having sex again. but even then, be gentle about it. and if it continues to bleed after 2 weeks, i would go see a doctor.

i think the best thing you can do is go and see your doctor or if your abit shy ring up and ask but for somethink like that you will most likey have to go in and see your doctor but ring and ask first if your shy good luck
