Queen of hearts costume

I cant afford the costume thingy at the store. It's like $60.

So I was wondering if someone can help me put something together for Queen Of hearts.

pictures and what store [website] it's from.

I want to do a red and white/black colored costume.
-- is there any cheap pretty red dresses?

I've been looking on some few sites.. but I'm not that into fashion so I'm lost.
