my friend did something terrible to me and i dont know if i can forgive her. i mean i lost all trust in her and i dont know if we can ever be the same ever again. should i forgive her?

(me and her got into a fight and she completely vandalized my house with a group of friends as payback. but now shes asking for mercy again. we used to be best friends for over 7 years)

I think you should forgive her a little bit, because she does seem sincere and sorry, but I would let her know the consequences of what she did and now you don't trust her and things probably aren't going to be the same.

I would continue a slightly good friendship with her, but Î don't think she's earned her right to be your BEST friend again. From now on, I probably wouldn't share anything personal with her or hang out with her too much because I mean I could understand some gossiping and whatnot because all girls do that, but vandalizing someone's house and private property's messed up.

It's just best to forgive, and move on, so there's no hatred towards eachother.
