eye makeup
what eye makeup makes your eyes appear larger and more open?? like wear should i put the eyeliner (botttom or top lid or both), and what color eyeshadow (brown hair blue eyes) and to make my eyes appear bigger do i put mascara on the top lashes, bottom, both or none? and does the smokey look make your eyes appear larger if so how do u do it??

if you have dark brown hair then you want to use black but if its just normal or light brown then use a brown colored eye liner. but dont over do it you dont want to look like a skank like the other gurls now do you? now put your eye liner on the bottom but dont put it on the inside cuz that makes your eyes look smaller. you want to put it on the outside to make your eyes look bigger. what i mean is some gurl put it on the inside of their eye lid on the bottom. do you know what i mean? put it on the outside where your eye lashes are line it right where they are. its hard the first couple of times but yourll get it if you ever mess up just take your finger and rub it under your eye goin up to get off the exes stuff. you want to make it look thin. dont put it on top cuz thats just over doing it unless its just a little bit. and for mascara you can go with brown or black it doesnt matter but you prolly want to put it just on the top. if you put it on the bottom then your eyes start to look really dark because itll have eye liner and mascara on it at the same time you know what i mean. well i hope this helped!

well people say i have huge eyes..lol..nd i put eyeliner on my bottom lid i mix my eyeshadow like i mix mine with a sorta dark brown(not to dark) with a shimmery light brown i put mascara on both of my lashes (i use the XXL stuff from maybelline) nd well ya..lol

I know the perfect thing for you-- white eyeliner! It opens your eyes and makes them *pop*. Aplly it only on the bottom. Use a volumizing mascara, or a thickening one. Either kind works great for opening eyes. The smokey eye is great, but it doesn't always open your eyes, it depends on how you do it. If you over do it, then you probably just end up making your eyes appear smaller.

I have brown hair and blue eyes as well, and for years I've been contemplated how make up artist do it. But nothing has really given me that same affect.
To make your eyes stand out especially if it's a darker blue, you should use tans, peaches, beige, grays ( somtimes), browns, and golds.
But actually if you skip the eye shadow all together and eyeline your bottem and top lash ( everywhere you see white) and coat with mascara that really works. The focus is towards you eye. You could use brown eyeliner or purple. I don't recommend black but if you have light blue eyes you could probably pull it off.
The smokey eye does drowns my eyes out. Smokey eyes look good on certain people, I can do it but I liek it better just natural. Anyway, I think it depends on how high your brow bone is. The higher it is, the better the smokey eye looks. I think it gives you definition but it doesn't make them appear larger.
