-Losing More Weight,

If you still feel uncomfortable about your weight, then try to do something about it. On weekends, run around a the track or go outside and play tennis. And try to look out for those chocolates and sweets for snacks. Have some fruits or vegetables instead to fill your hunger in between meals. 50% is the perfect/average weight for the specific age so you're pretty good. Also, drink lots a water too, it's the healthiest drink around. But I did hear from my friend that she saw on a commercial that someone who has milk as their primary drink daily, they lose weight more efficiently. So if you want to try milk, the best is Skim milk but 2% is also very good. 1% is not that good and whole is very fattening.

PS - it's pediatrician, lol :),
Good luck!
