i'm a 15 year old female. i recently broke my fibula and tibia at a soccer tournament. i had surgery last week, where they installed a rod in my leg. i'm supposed to be putting as much pressure on it as possible, to start the healing process, but it hurts too much. so i've just been staying off of it. my homecoming is in two weeks, and my goal is to be able to go without crutches. but i can't seem to convince myself that it's okay to walk on it. please, if you have any advice on stretches i could do - or just some encouragement would be nice. thank you.
