blood pressure

what is the ideal blood pressure for a young adult? please give me like two numbers like 100-200 or something like that, not just 200 or 100. thanks so much!

I know a little about this subject...
Just in case you don't already know, systolic blood pressure [the higher number] is the pressure of your blood when your heart is contracting. Diastolic blood pressure is the pressure when your heart is relaxed. It is read in mmHg, which stands for milimeters of mercury [Hg].

Generally speaking, if your SBP [systolic blood pressure] is over 160, and your DBP [diastolic blood pressure] is over 95, it is too high.

"Optimal" SBP is 120 or less, and DPB is less than 80. [written : 120/80]

Blood pressure less than 100/60 is too low.
