all of these cars come with 4-wheel drive option packages, and all of them can be found the way you want them used. new they'd all be out of the pricerange specified, but used you could get any one of them. you left me a pretty broad spectrum to work with so i gave you all i could come up with off the top of my head. good luck. they are also all midsize, or small SUV's/trucks because the huge monster SUV's are often designed for carrying a lot of people, and towing a lot of stuff and get gas mileage that would break the bank several times over.
