Melody answered Wednesday September 27 2006, 5:00 pm: usually with oral herpes, symptoms start appearing anywhere from 2-14 days after being exposed. if you are having symtoms now, and you gave a boy oral sex a few days ago, these symptoms would start appearing about this time, so it's a possibility that you may have it.
through the duration of sickness, symtoms usually last about 2-3 weeks. you may experience a fever, tiredness, muscle aches, & irritability. pain, burning, tingling, or itching may occur where your sores are. the blisters appear in clusters, and are seen as usually being gray ulcers on a red base. later on, they become crusted and yellow.
these blisters can occur on your lips, gums, tongue, throat, the insides of your cheeks, and can lead all the way down to your chin or neck.
in teens, herpes can cause a painful throat with ulcers and gray coatings on tonsils.

because if you keep getting them over and over again,
then that might be a sign.
if they go away don't get yur hopes up,
because if you do have herpes then all there gunna do is come back.

if you want to check them out...including genital herpes if you'd like to check it out and see if he
may have had anything similar to the description.
I think you probably just have a cold sore. :)
