Catch the guy attention

I like this guy so much but the problem is, he don`t like me the way i like him. How can i get his attention or what i should do to love me.He is my boss before.Now, he used to go here in our office.
I have one more problem. He already have a girlfriend. The girl is sleeping with him.

I think you should forget about him. He already has a girlfriend and he doesn't like you in the way you like him. I think you should move on and find another guy. You shouldn't mess with guys, especially if they have a girlfriend. And you can't make someone love you. If they don't love you, there is no way you can chance their mind. You can't force someone to like you the way you like them. The best thing would be to move on. There's tons of guys out there and I'm sure you'll find one that likes you. You just have to get out there and look for him. Because this guy you're crushing on isn't the right guy.
