My girlfriend is slowlly stoping care of herself, and sometimes smells really bad, what can i do about it? how do i tell her that it pisses me of? i love her.

You may just have to say something to her.

First find out what is wrong. Has something happened that is causing her to be depressed? Sometimes if people are depressed they don't take care of themselves like they should. She may not even realize it.

If you love her you just have to say something before others notice. Don't tell her it pisses you off. Tell her you are worried and concerned about her. That will sound a lot better. :)
