messed up... need help

i messed up with my boyfriend. i feel horrible.
ian and i have been going out for 3 months now. i just told him something big about my life that i think he should've known. i told him that i have cut myself before. he flipped out.
he also said that he was gonna end the relationship until i can prove to him that i really want to stay in it (from something else that i did i think). what can i do? talking to him on the phone wont help.
any ideas on what i should do?

Lookkk telkl him that you love him and the reason why you used to cut yoursdelf wasnt because of the realtionship it was probably stressed or Family Realted Problems and assk him 4 a second chace because u changed!!!

why would he think that you didnt want to stay in the relationship because you told him?
in what way did you mess up? did you tell him it was because of him or something? holy crap
hes an asshole. it must have tooken some guts to tell him that(i would know, but im not gonna go there)and he practicly threw it in your face.
you THINK it was because you did something else? how bout you ask him why?
if he cant understand that you confided in him with something really important and scary, you shouldnt even try to get back with him.

Okay first of all let me start out by saying , Why would he flip out because you used to cut your self? That was before , you don`t do it anymore. If he really loves you he wouldn`t make such a big deal about it because alot of teenagers do cut them selves when they are going through a hard time. I think that you should write him a little letter that goes something likes this
Dear Ian ,
I love you so much & I will forever no matter what. I know that to you it is a big deal that I used to cut my self. But i don`t cut myself anymore , alot of people cut their selves when they go through a tough time esspecially teenagers. I really want to stay in this relationship with you because I think you are truley amazing and I don`t want to see myself being without you. < Something like that & then along with the letter send him flowers , yeah it`s usually kind of a thing that a boy would do but in this situation it really dosen`t matter!
