You could try talking to him more than you usually do. Is he in any of the same classes as you? If so, just strike up a converstation with him. Talk about what interest him. Try hanging out with him after school, or on weekends. This will give you a chance for you guys to get to know eachother better. If you want to tell him you like him, you could get his e-mail and e-mail him about it. You could get his number and tell him over the phone. Or you could white him a note and slip it in his locker, or give it to him yourself. Either way, I think you should just tell him how you feel about him.
