you sound stressed. take this weekend off. don't do anything that requires much thought, but get your assignments done and turned in for a late grade. as for soccer, show up for practice early, don't complain, and always be willing to work hard. your coach will see that you have perseverance and will probably put you back in your starting spot. if you have morning tutorials at your school, or if you can stay late or go in early to finish assignments, DO IT. ask every teacher about extra credit, and turn in stuff early. if you start getting it together now, then things will get better quickly. and to bring up your grades, call your friends the night before stuff is due and check your answers! it may be "cheating," but it's technically just helping each other out. don't be afraid to ask questions, either. take some time out of your schedule to just chill out and like watch tv or something. that will help relax you. i would suggest getting homework done as soon as you get it. like, as soon as you get home from school, get every thing done, and then you have the rest of the night to do whatever you want. it may sound like a dumb idea, but it's a tremendous weight off of your shoulders. good luck.
