Question Posted Thursday September 21 2006, 5:20 pm
My iPod nano has recently been acting up. It won't play music at all; everytime I choose a song it immediately goes to the next song, then the next, then the next, until it reaches the end at which point it returns to the main menu (which is normal when the playlist is finished.) I'm having trouble getting on without my music!! Help me, please!
Geneva answered Thursday September 21 2006, 7:39 pm: you might want to consider taking it to radio shack to get it fixed, or you oculd buy a new ipod! I like CD players better (proly cuz I can't afford an ipod), but anyway you should try that. [ Geneva's advice column | Ask Geneva A Question ]

If that doesn't work, see if your iPod is cracked from anytime you dropped it, scratched, et cetera. The hardware may have been damaged.
