Question Posted Tuesday September 19 2006, 12:19 pm
I babysit alot, like twice a week, for like womens bible studies, church events, and whoever needs it. But lately I've run out of ideas to entertain the kids. Do you guys have anything? or know about any websites?
Thanks:]

Put fun paper and art supplies in a decorated shoebox, and have fun creating things together. Are they adventurous? Take them out for a walk to a near park, and search for leaves and rocks together. Hold a small talent show, make jello, just have fun! :) [ EasyPeasy's advice column | Ask EasyPeasy A Question ]

I did this one with my cousin, where you fill a large pan with water, and then scrape chalk with a knife, the chalk dust sits on the top of the water, and then you can place a peice of paper on top, then you have coloured staionary for the kids to colour on.
baking is great too. It teachs the kids things like math and life skills, and it also leaves something to eat later.
search google, and other sites for kids activities like games etc.
a good website, is www.pbs.kids.org keyword zoom. there are millions of crafts and experiements, as well as healthy foods to cook while babystting. good luck. hope this helps. [ angie91's advice column | Ask angie91 A Question ]
