When I got a single double piercing I asked the woman what side I should get it on and she told me the left.
However, it doesnt matter. You can pick whichever side you want.

That only goes for guys and its on the earlobe piercings, not cartiledge.
Anyways, I have my right side done. Most girls do. There really isn't a right or wronge. Its all personal preference. I had an industrial in my left ear so I had no other choice but right. But really, most girls get right done. Although both sides look great.

I am from alabama and here it is very weird to have your right side peirced because people say that it means your gay or sumthin like that...i have my left dun all it adds up to be is...left=straight right=bi/lesbian
