believe me it sounds crazy! my cross country coach told me about it because i run an got blisters from wearing these flip flps then i decided to wear the wrong socks to practice so i used picked juice! it stung like 10seconds but believe me the next day it will feel totally better. so i reccommend that home remedie.

They're made of a really thin elastic material a little thicker than nylon stockings and they're low enough to be unnoticeable when you wear flats. Another tip if you don't wan to buy slipper socks- try putting 2 or 3 layers of masking tape on your heel to minimize the fritcion between your skin and your shoes. Wait for your blisters to heal before you wear your flats again. [ sp4rklingr4in's advice column | Ask sp4rklingr4in A Question ]

Keeping the sores covered while you're walking around during the day will make them hurt less and help keep them from getting worse. Exposing the sores to air at night will help them heal. Even after they are healed, wear bandaids when you wear those shoes until they are broken in. Good luck! :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
