I'm Too Shy!
Ok, in school, I don't have many friends, because I'm shy. I don't talk to anyone. I'm just scared to. What should I do? I barely talk to teachers, either. ):

Well...Im really shy at my new school but i got over it.All you have to do is try to talk to someone that you think is like you[like shy and friendly]and try to talk to that person and say that you want to be friends with them.Bye!

The only way to get friends is to stop being shy. And the only way to do that is to speak up.
Whenever you get a chance, speak up. Say hito people in the hall. This will be hard at first, but the more you do it, the easier it will get. I've been through this too, and if you start talking to people you can get more comfortable around them.
Another suggestion: is talking on the computer easier? I have a couple VERY shy friends who totally open up when they get on the computer. If so, try asking people for their email addresses or screen names, and get to know them online.
And one more thing: maybe you could get a penpal? They might be alot easier to talk to, because you wont see them. And talking to them, even just in letters might help you become less shy.
