everyday after school i come home & pretty much pig out.. & normally its after not having any lunch at school.. somedays i do.. ether way its still the same when i come home. i dont want to do this anymore because its affecting everything else i do when i get home. sometimes i feel so full i just get lazy i guess.. i dont know. how can i stop this? i know not watching any tv, not walking into the kitchen & stuff like that can help.. but i need like a full proof plan! im having to be paraniod about it when i come home.. if not then i pig out. even when i do.. i still pig out most of the time.
pinkpong answered Saturday September 9 2006, 9:37 pm: read up on exactly what a well balanced meal is, then eat a well balanced breakfast, and lunch. sometimes eating junk food throughout the day can cause you to be hungrier later, than if you ate healthy. hope this helps! xEVYx answered Saturday September 9 2006, 10:29 am: If you eat lunch it'll speed your metabolism up and won't make you eat so much. That's why when people go on diets, they say it's best not to skip meals. Even if you don't wanna eat lunch, take a snack or something.
When you get home, get a snack then do something to keep yourself busy until say, dinner time. Then eat dinner and later have another snack or two. Try different routine's until you find something that works!
