Does anyone know a site of the US map that shows the capitals,states and where they are located?

Please i need to know by tonight if possible!

This is a good question.. because I had the same problem!
a really good site I found was:

you can click on the state you want.. then it gives you a really interesting profile on it..
it works really great!
