Congradulations on your weight loss! Very big accomplishment!

You know. A little chocolate every now and then won't hurt you. Not a ton of it or anything but keeping things very strict everyday, all the time
will cause you to cheat faster than giving in now and then. So eat a little chocolate and do a little extra exercise.

Overeating is a very hard thing to overcome. You just have to make yourself stop eating after one serving. If you want something extra, do more exercise.

You will have to do more exercise to stay at your desired weight anyway. Just keep at it and you will do fine. :)

Here is a good website too that has some tips on how to stop overeating.
