when do you kiss? Like on a date when you see them? when you say goodbye?

It really depends. If you've been dating them for a while, you may kiss him/her often. However, if you've been dating for a short time, it may take time. When you see them, you may kiss them on the cheek, the same for the end of the date. Don't rush into anything though. It will come at the right moment.
