Yes, you can break your hymen from other things than just sex. Being fingered, doing sports, jumping, ect. Anything that stretches the skin around your vagina could possibly cause the hymen to tear.

it depends on the person, some bleed some dont. i know people that have bled 2 hours, 1 day, 2 days and up to 4 days so yeah it really depends. but if your bleeding for like 10 days then you should get everything checked out by a doctor.
