This information is stored in your computer's cookies. You need to delete them. You can take the easy path and delete them all, but you may want to keep some of them so you don't have to rely 100% on memory to get into your favorite sites. So, if you just want to delete some of them, go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Settings --> View Files. Find the file that is applicable to the page that is saving your login id, ie myspace.com. Under the 'Name' header, It will appear as:
'Cookie:YourName@www.whateversiteitis.com'. Select it then hit delete. Gone!

If you highlight then (whether it be with your arrow keys or the mouse) and hit DELETE, it should get rid of them.

i think what you can do delete them manually [by right clicking and deleting it] or in IE go to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, CLEAR HISTORY, etc. all websites are different though. for example, on AIM you can delete sns you've been on from sign in popup, but somethings [like myspace] i don't think you can.

-hope that helped!♥
