following my friends
whatever i do i also seem to be following my friends. even if i don't want to do it i follow them anyway. say its a movie i don't want to see i go see that one anyway. i never stand up for myself. but i love my friends. but how can i do things that i want to do?? i tried one time to suggest something else and they just like stared at me. helpp mee

man, i know just how you feel... and it sucks don't it. maybe you feel like you ain't got anyone else(if that's the case... you prabably do and don't realize it..."love is blind, friendship just closes it's eyes"), but you're probably just sick of it. you gotta stand up for yourself, if they give you a chance show them you know how 2 have fun, and if they don't maybe they arn't really true friends. maybe if they knew how much you cared about them they'd understand better. have you tried asking them 2 the movies or sumthin like that, or do you ask after they ask you(that part confuses me a little... so if you do ask them when they ask you... try asking when they havn't... sorry, that was probably really confusing)... but if they really care about you as much as you care about them, it'll get better... good luck

Well if you've tried suggesting an activity to do... try just one more time.. If they just stare at you or say "um.. no".. then this probably isn't the group of friends for you..
If you don't want to take that drastic of a measure.. then instead of following your friends around.. make the plans for a activity.. like maybe throw a party and invite them all..
or you chose what movie you guys all see...
You have to stand up for yourself or you won't get a say in what happens...
Say that you're with your friends and they are seeing what movie to go see.. suggest something you want to see... say you heard it was really good.. and you think you should all see it
