A miscarriage can be different for every woman, including stomach cramps (not a ache feeling), bleeding, sharp almost like being stabbed pains in your stomach.
Some women miscarry and there so EARLY in pregnancy that they didn't even know they were pregnant. It just flushes like a period almost.
The longer you are pregnant, the worser the symptoms for a miscarriage. In that case you have a procedure called a D&C done to (I don't want to get graphic here, so I'll just say "flush out" the fetus and lining. [ kristen22's advice column | Ask kristen22 A Question ]
