ooh ok you want a mascara
that makes your eye lashes look full
well i use Rimmel Volume Flash
then i take a eye lash comb and seprates
them to make is look gorgeous!

ok i know you said under $14 but i have this mascara thats like 5dollars more than that and its soo great
its called Bad Gal Lash by Benefit..
..its sold at most makeup department stores, macys, sephora, ulta....stuff like that........you should go to a department store and try on mascaras, they have the best kinds but ya you should get bad gal lash
