OK my best friend is going out with my ex and i think i still have feelings for him. They are trying to help me through it but nothing is working. Can you help me?

And just hang out with your friends and live life and maybe even flirt with other guys, and just try and get your mind off of him. It's really hard to at first, I know, but slowly after awhile one day you're just sitting there and you're like,"pft. i don't like him anymore." I remember I did that with my ex, and whenever I finally thought of him one day, I completely forgot his last name! But there is a reason you two broke up, so keep thinking of that too. Just be like,"If [reason], why would I want to go back out with him?" And plus, you can't tell your best friend to stop dating the guy she likes or anything. She talk to your best friend about it. Just ask her if she can not talk about him as much since you're trying to get over him so reminding you of him might not help? If they're trying to help you get through it, then I'm sure she'll understand. I hope I helped. <3 [ MelLeDisko's advice column | Ask MelLeDisko A Question ]

I know its like you don't want to ruin your friendship, but don't want to completely throw everything away with your ex either, but your friend is dating him now...in time you will get over him.
If you are really gutsy, then talk it out with your friend. She may get mad, but she might not.
