Question Posted Friday August 25 2006, 1:26 pm

actually i think a dieting plan for a week would help me out ALOT but the only thing is im a REALLY picky eater so thats why is sort of hard for me to eat some things - like i dont eat yogurt or eggs [[ UNLESS THERE FRIED ]] so if you could try and give me a plan for a week that'd be REALLY helpful. Thanks. =]

You might be a picky eater but think about it,itll be worth having a perfect body in the end.Ok this is what you can eat just try hard to stick to it,but you have to set a time when you eat these meals like say you eat breakfast EVERYDAY at 8 am and lunch at 6 pm and dinner at 8,you should set a time so your body will get used to this weight loss routine

day1
breakfast:a bowl of cheerios(dont put so much that it looks like a pot not a bowl)

lunch: a peice of chicken and a big bowl of salad

dinner:fruits(any kind but if mango, dont eat a lot)
yes,its a lil strict but think of the results.

day2
breakfast:chocolate milk and two bananas(for the protiene)

lunch:a bowl of a certain kind of vegetables(a bowl of peas for example) and a piece of meat

dinner:a bowl of cereal

day3
breakfast: if you eat yogurt that has fruit flavors then you can have that if you dont then you can eat a big piece of watermelon(no it doesnt make you gain weight)

lunch:a smoked turkey sandwich with slices of tomatos and lettuce

dinner:grapes and strawberrys

day4
breakfast:a bowl of any cereal you want

lunch:a piece of chicken with 6 tablespoons of rice

dinner:chicken soup

day5
breakfast:chocolate milk and a small smoked turkey sandwich(you cann add the tomatoes and lettuce but make it SMALL)

lunch:a bowl of salads and a piece of meat

dinner:a big piece of watermelon

day6
breakfast:a bowl of cheerios

lunch:you can order a chicken salad from mcdonalds and drink orange juice but not while eating

dinner:chocolate milk and a fruit

LAST DAY:))

breakfast: 2 bannanas and chocolate milk

lunch:fish and 6 tablespoons of rice(im guessing you dont eat fish but its FULL of phosphorus which is really good for you and fish is the most thing used in a diet)If you dont want to just eat the same lunch as one of the previous days

dinner"a big piece of watermelon

Try to do this, think of how great youll look after,it might be hard because you wont be eating a lot but if you give your stomache small amounts of food,it will get used to it and become smaller by time, just dont screw up the days after that. You can take one day off but then you have to start eating well again.Make sure you exercise with this diet and take vitamin tablets if you have too.Drink 2 cups of water before each meal so you can feel bloated.Good luck:D
