I got the guy...but now all i can think about is losing weig

ok. i got the guy i wanted and im going to try and take your advice and play it cool but i kinda wanna lose some wieght. everyone keeps telling me im skinny but i dont think i am. and i cant go a day without eating. i only weigh about 122-124. and im 13. but i dont know how to lose weight without not eating. can you help?

p.s i kinda wanna lose weight around the top part of my legs too.

Ok,youre not THAT overweight.If you were 115 that would be great.Theres no such thing as dieting for a week than expecting to lose a lot of weight.The body is really tricky,you can be on a strict diet for a week then GAIN weight.Why?Because when you dont eat,the body is used to you giving it a certain amount of fat and when your body DOESNT get this fat,it brings out all the stored fats which makes you gain weight.Thats why you should diet and exercise to lose weight.If you want to lose weight on your legs,you should climb the stairs everyday if you live in an apartment.Climb like 8 floors a day,i used to do this and lost weight.If you dont live in an apartment,try jogging everyday for about an hour and have an mp3 with you so you dont get bored,you can even have a freind with you and both encourage eachother to lose weight.Make sure you dont drink while eating because that gets your stomache fat.But try not to go on a killer diet because your too young and it can make you feel faint and weak and you might even faint.Try to take vitamin tablets while dieting.Ok for your diet you can eat yougurt for breakfast or cheerios or eggs(not fried) and keep away from sodas and junk food.Try eating mostly fruits and vegetables.You can even try eating fruits for lunch.Dont eat infront of the tv either because youll find yourself eating and eating and you wont even realize how much you ate.Try not to eat after 8 pm either.Because after you eat one meal,it tales about 3 hours for it to completly spread out the calories and nutritions so after 3 hours itll be 12 and a new day will start and you dont want having extra calories for the new day.Start the diet now because the older you get,the harder it is to diet because the fat cells would have already developed by the time your older.If you need more help contact me,id be glad to help.I can give you a diet plan for a week if you want and if you dont want it,just stick to what i said.:)
