ive been eating a 90 calorie granola bar, and half of a 100 calorie weight watchers yogurt (half of it is 3 oz)for breakfast. im 15/f 130 pounds, on a diet. is this a nutritionally sound breakfast for someone of my age on a diet? thank you :)

You should be eating your meals largest to smallest as this burns the most calories throughout the day. Also eat 5-6 times a day to speed up your metabolism.
