Are you muscular by any chance?

If so, then you should worry about losing weight.

Now, if you really want to lose weight, you HAVE TO control what you eat.

You can't expect to lose weight on exercise alone while you're eating all your favorite food like ice cream, coockies, etc.

Jogging is the best and the simplest exercise you can do without sacrificing too much (esp. money)

Basketball helps, too.

So my advice would be to control what you eat (low cal/fat) and exercise more.

Trust me, I lost 30 lbs. doing this.

walking is good and before you eat diner you can drink a glass of water it fills you up a bit so that when you eat dinner you wont over do it not saying that you over eat just saying it will make you not as hungry
