if you like the girl then ask her how will you know how it will turn out if you dont try ive been in your position many times but i stared fear in the eye and said ha face your fear you may not be very good at asking but you at least need to try or youll spend the rest of your life not knowing how it would have been and as for your fear of rejection its normal noone likes to be rejected but eventualy they move on and find the right one

i dated this one boy in 9th grade for a few months and then i realized that my feelings had changed and broke up with him. then 2 weeks later he got another girlfriend and i got jealous and took him back. then in 10th grade last year i thought i liked him again and we were gunna date but i fell for another boy. then again he got a girlfriend and i made him break up with her for me. but not i realize that i really do wanna be with him and that hes the only boy i'll ever love. and hes talking to this other girl too and he tells me he really likes her and hes not sure he can be with me. i know i've messed up in the past but i dont know what to do to get him back. he told me that i have to prove to him that he can trust me and im not sure how to do that. i really do love this boy. what should i do about it? every one gets cold feet i had cold feet about my relationship with the sweetest boy you could ever meet first i felt like i loved him then i felt like i lost intrest but i talked to an adult about it the advise she gave me helped so im passing it on to you and hopfully it will help you to if you love him dont leave him nomatter how much you want that other hot guy that walks by you all the time remember who you really love and if you feel like youve lost intrest take some time to think your relationship through is it worthit to break up with some one you love for some hottie thats probably a jerk that you really dont like think of the way the one you really love is Mr. right if hes not you do what you think is right and as for the trust issue it takes alot to gain lost trust back but if you want it back always tell the one that you love that you love them and dont lie

walking is good and before you eat diner you can drink a glass of water it fills you up a bit so that when you eat dinner you wont over do it not saying that you over eat just saying it will make you not as hungry
