losing 15 pounds hey im 15/f i weigh 130 pounds and im 5'5. My friends are about my height and they weigh like 105-115. I have just a little bit of fat around my legs and tummy. I do crunches everyday but it doesn't help neither does running and i've been doing it for over a month. And whatever i do i cant seem to loose any weight no matter how hard i try! Is there any way to lose 15 pounds easily? I've stayed the same weight for almost 2 years. And ive been to the gym alot last year but havent lost a pound. Can anybody tell me what i can do to help lose like 15 pounds. I think i would look alot better if i did loose a few extra pounds. THANKS!

Well, 5' 5" height equals 125lb. That's the avg and normal and healthy weight. Anywhos working out is great but ig you don't keep it steady, don't eat healthy and such, it's not going to take effect
Eat a healthy breakfast--lay off bacons, butter, mayo, etc.
Eat a small healthy snack in between breakfast and lunch/lunch and dinner such as few baby carrots and fat free ranch, apple, banana, etc. It will help you from over eating at meals and such
Erm, peanut butter is all fat. Don't eat it too much. Same with bacon, butter, mayo. Try whole wheat instead of white bread. Um, skim milk instead of milk. Lay off candies, choco, ice cream, chips, and most junk food, but don't starve youself
As for the workout thing...you should do aerobics, pilates, or any other exercise five days a week for at least an hour. If you're consistent and work out correctly and hard, you should see some results in about 3 weeks.
Walk around the neighborhood everyday with friends or with your family/dog. etc.
Have fun =] **emm[y] ]
