exercise

Question Posted Wednesday August 23 2006, 5:43 pm

14/f. i'm fine with my weight, it is just that i would like to get a flatter stomach. i already eat healthy, drink lots of water, and i know that i need to exercise in order to reach my goal. but everytime i try to exercise, i get lazy and stop, or i never start at all. what can i do?

and what are some easy exercises to do at home? i already do crunches and bicycles, but i know i need to do some kind of aerobics. i want to do something that i can do at home. like i dont want to go running, jogging, or walking. i also don't want to have to buy a video. i know i'm being picky but i just don't have the money to buy a workout video.

THANKS [=

ok if you want an exercise that is easy to do or something you are not going to find it cause exercising isnt easy but one way i like to use is just to dance cause it is fun and prety easy for most people just if a good song comes on the radio or something turn it up and dance and you can also have a sleepover or something and dance with your friends or go to school dance now if u dont want to dance then what you could do is maybe if you are tired or lazy just get more sleep and take a shower before you go walking or running or jogging or you can drink energy drinks but not coffe cause that can stunt your growth so you go walking around hanging out with your friends cause then you are not by yourself now thats all i got for you and if i was any help at all please tell your friends or anyone who needs advice about me and i can help and if you have any more questions just ask me if i was any help

Im going to try to describe a few exercises good for a flatter stomach, and if you dont quite understand what im explaining, give me a shout. First, is a half crunch, where you lift your legs at about a 45 degree angle off the ground, and just do regular crunches. Then theres this crunch where you do a regular crunch, but lift your opposite knee to your opposite elbow. Something that motivates me to exercise is some really good, fast beat music that youre really into. Or, you could put on a good tv show to distract you while doing this.
