Uh oh spaghettios!

Well, I'm 14 and I'm a female. I have always been very self concious about my stomach because I'm not skinny - but I'm not fat either.

Is there any diet plans that I can get online for free to help me eat better? I'd like to start getting in shape and getting rid of my fat.

Im not very skinyy but im not fat either and the truth probably is that you are actually skinny its that you might focus on the negative parts of your body x try to focus on the things that make you great and emphsis them xx You shouldnt go on diets or could end up ill especially at this age so maybe you sould take up swimming or something fun with friend that will tone you up and make you feel great about yourself xx

you need to exercise to get the best results. do you play any sports? or you could go running, jogging, biking, dance, swim, and if you have it you can do DDR (dance dance revolution).

The best way to go isn't a diet, but a lifestyle change. To loose weight and keep it off you have to totally change how you live your life. Drink water, not soda.. switch to only whole wheat grains, and try your best to cut out fatty meats like beef. I wish you luck and sorry that I don't have a website to give you.
